Pamela L. Anderson, 41, charged with disorderly conduct — failure to comply with officer. Case remanded to files at request of officer after he spoke to defendant and she apologized and explained her new medication.
Cody Carradine pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace of a family — domestic violence. Fine set at $623. Sentencing hearing on Aug. 16, 2016.

Kail Brent Cross, 36, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor defrauding an innkeeper. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $423. Restitution set at $21.91 to be paid to La Fiesta Grande.
Brent Baker Geoghegan, 29, pleaded nolo to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 60 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $950.
