Monday, June 20

Destinee Morales, 22, charged with shoplifting — first offense. Case dismissed — no witness served.

William Wood, 27, charged with disorderly conduct — failure to comply with officer. Case remanded to files on consideration of other plea.

William Wood, 27, pleaded guilty to resisting arrest. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $523.

William Wood, 27, pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $373.

Diquan D. Seal, 22, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct — failure to comply with officer. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $473.

Troy Dewayne Whittington, 29, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573.

Lisa Ann Douglas, 44, pleaded guilty to malicious mischief. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $323. Restitution set at $350.18 to be paid to Elmira Fleming.

 

Tuesday, June 21

Alonzo M. Hoye, 40, charged with two counts of armed robbery. Waived preliminary hearing on each count. Case bound over to a grand jury on each count. Bond reduced from $67,500 to $45,000 on each count.

Michael Bumgarner, 39, charged with felony false pretense. Case dismissed.

Melissa O’Mara, 42, charged with burglary of a commercial building, cars, etc. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury. Bond reduced from $32,000 to $20,000.

Alonzo M. Hoye, 40, charged with escape or attempt to escape. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury. Bond reduced from $20,000 to $10,000.

 

Wednesday, June 22

Ishmael M. Blackmon, 20, charged with possession of a controlled substance. Case dismissed — officer no longer employed and second officer on medical leave.

Ishmael M. Blackmon, 20, charged with possession of marijuana while operating a motor vehicle. Case dismissed — officer no longer employed and second officer on medical leave.

Ishmael Mark Blackmon, 20, charged with speeding (64 mph in a 45 mph zone). Case dismissed – officer no longer employed and second officer on medical leave.

Markei White, 40, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance. Driver’s license suspended for six months. Fine set at $493.
