NATCHEZ — Services for Larry Washington, 62, of Natchez, who died Friday, May 20, 2016, at Merit Health Jackson, will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Wilderness Baptist Church with the Rev. Robert Strickland officiating. 

Burial will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Natchez National Cemetery under the direction of Bateaste Memorial Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mr. Washington was the son of Booker T. Washington and Ruby Washington.

He was preceded in death by his father and two brothers, Edward Easton and Booker T. Washington Jr.

Survivors include two daughters, August Dorsey and Francis Washington; two sons, Sir Larry Washington and Barontina Dorsey; six grandchildren; his mother; one sister, Patricia Myles; three brothers, Tom Washington and wife, Janie, Alexander Washington and Gregory Washington; and a number of other relatives and friends.
