NATCHEZ — Services for O.W. Phipps Jr., 60, of Tampa, who died Sunday, March 20, 2016, at his residence, will be 10 a.m. Friday at Mount Sinai Baptist Church with the Rev. James Brooks officiating.

Burial will follow at Natchez National Cemetery under the direction of Bateaste Memorial Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
