NATCHEZ — Services for Daisy Hall Barber, 64, of Natchez, who died Wednesday, Jan. 26, 2011, at Natchez Regional Medical Center, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Antioch Baptist Church with the Rev. Melvin White officiating.
Burial will follow under the direction of Robert D. Mackel and Sons Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Mrs. Barber was born April 22, 1946, the daughter of Jerome Hall and Eliza Ashford Hall. She attended Antioch Baptist Church and Pilgrim Baptist Church. She was employed as a sales clerk.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Henry Barber; and one daughter, Earline Davis.
Survivors include four daughters, Brenda Davis, Sandra Monroe and companion, Byron Johnson, Aretha Rogers and husband, Derrick, all of Irving, Texas and Pamela Barber of Natchez; two sons, Eric Barber of Hattiesburg and Kelvin Barber of Natchez; three sisters, Lucy Washington and Delores Anderson, both of Natchez, and Lizzie Green of Dallas; three brothers, Elijah Hall and wife, Betty, Scottie Hall and Sylvester Hall, all of Natchez; special friend, Adell Gaylor of Natchez; 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers will be friends of the family.
