CHURCH HILL — Services for Laura Joe Griffin, 73, of Natchez, who died Wednesday, Jan. 26, 2011, at Promise Hospital in Vidalia, will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Linwood Baptist Church in Church Hill, with the Rev. D.W. Howard officiating.

Burial will follow under the direction of Robert D. Mackel and Sons Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Griffin was born Nov. 1, 1937, in Jefferson County. She was a homemaker, a member of Linwood Baptist Church, member of LFC Society and YPIA Society.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Alonzo Griffin.

Survivors include one sister-in-law, two brothers-in-law; and a number of nieces, nephews and friends.
