BROOKHAVEN — Services for Beverly Rae Smith, 68, of Bogue Chitto, who died Monday, Feb. 29, 2016, at Franklin County Memorial Hospital, will be 11 a.m. Friday at Riverwood Family Funeral Service Chapel in Brookhaven.

Burial will be 1 p.m. Sunday at Midway Cemetery in Franklin County under the direction of Riverwood Family Funeral Service.

Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Smith was born July 25, 1947, the daughter of Curtis Ray Stokes and Grace Stokes Green.

She was a retired hairdresser, interior designer and nanny to all the kids.

Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Lawrence E. Green Jr.

Survivors include one son, Mitchel Clyde Smith; two daughters, Duchess DeAnne Smith and Stephanie Rachelle Smith; four sisters, Rebecca S. Thompson, Connie S. Cibulski, Rhonda G. Green and Laura G. Jensen; 12 grandchildren, D.J. Branning, Jeremy Branning, Ashley Branning, Cody Smith and wife, Carlie, Connor Smith, Morgan Smith, Leighton Smith, Carter Satterfield, Tate Smith, Parker Satterfield, Sissy Satterfield and Paxton Satterfield; one great-grandson, Noah Branning; and a number of nieces, nephews and other loving family members.
