FAYETTE — Services for Ruth O’Neal, 68, of Chicago, who died Sunday, Feb. 14, 2016, at Vitas Hospice at Franciscan St. James Hospital, will be 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Ann Catholic Church in Fayette with the Rev. James Fallon officiating.

Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Spencer Funeral Home in Fayette.
