Pilgrimage Garden Club announces tableaux court

NATCHEZ — The Pilgrimage Garden Club has announced its 2016 royal court for the Historic Natchez Tableaux. The court will serve the Pilgrimage Garden Club’s king and queen during their reign in the upcoming Spring Pilgrimage March 4 – April 2.
Maids
Miranda “Randa” Nicole Morace
Randa, is the daughter of Tim and Pam Morace and a 2013 graduate of Trinity Episcopal Day School. She is the granddaughter of Judith Weeks and the late John Weeks of Natchez and Lucille Morace and the late Ray Morace of Vidalia.
She is currently a student at the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg where she is majoring in theatre and dance.
Randa is a member of Delta Delta Delta Sorority, Sigma Alpha Lamda, Phi Eta Sigma, National Society of Collegiate Scholars and Gamma Beta Phi Service and Honor Organization. She is a USM Dixie Darling and was chosen as captain for 2016. She is also on the USM dean’s list and is a resident assistant of the Tri-Delta House.
Her hobbies include traveling, theatre and dance, volunteering for her sorority philanthropies and spending time with friends.
Previous Tableaux participation includes the Picnic, Virginia Reel, Little Maypole, Big Maypole, Can-Can, Fanny Elssler (Lead), Polka and the Wedding (Sister of the Bride).
Sela Marie Roberts
Sela is the daughter of Heather and Brad Burget, the late Tracey Dennig Roberts and Dennis Roberts. She is a 2013 graduate of Cathedral High School. She is the granddaughter of Kally Dennig and the late Tommy Dennig of Lake St. John, the late Carolyn Alwood Hendricks of Lake St. John and Bill and Chris Roberts of Vidalia.
She is currently a student at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge where she is majoring in elementary education.
Her hobbies include spending time with family and friends, painting and being on Lake St. John.
Previous Tableaux participation included Little Maypole, Big Maypole, Polka Favor Girl, Wedding, Soiree and Soiree Sweetheart in 2012.
Ashley Dunbar Sandel
Ashley is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Adrian Sandel III (Pilgrimage Garden Club king 1987). She is a 2013 graduate of Cathedral High School. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Adrian Sandel, Dixon, Calif., Mr. and Mrs. William Watson of St. Joseph, La., Mrs. Marie Gross of Metairie, La., and Dr. and Mrs. Edward Gaudet of Natchez.
She is currently a student at the University of Mississippi in Oxford where she is majoring in biology/pre-med.
Ashley is a member of Kappa Delta Sorority, Golden Key National Honor Society, Provost Scholar, Gamma Beta Phi Honors Society, American Medical Student Association and is an orientation leader. She was recently featured in Hottytoddy.com for her efforts to bring the charity “Operation Christmas Child” to the Ole Miss campus.
Her hobbies include playing tennis, reading, community service projects and spending time with family and friends.

Sallie Townsend Stout
Sallie is the daughter of Guy and Lou Ellen Stout and Fleming Sanders. She is a 2013 graduate of Cathedral High School. She is the granddaughter of Elvis and Dixie Stout, Monroe, La., Anna Williamson of Natchez and Sammy and Carla Gore of Livingston, Texas.
She is currently a student at the University of Mississippi in Oxford where she is majoring in integrated marketing communication with a minor in graphic design.
Sallie is a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority
Her hobbies include running and studio art.

Lauren Ansleigh Thibodeaux
Ansleigh is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Thibodeaux and a 2015 graduate of Cathedral High School. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Floyd of Florence and Mr. and Mrs. Ned Thibodeaux of Jennings, La.
She is currently a student at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge where she is majoring in psychology.
Ansleigh is a member of Pi Beta Phi Sorority, the LSU Roger Hadfield Ogden Honors College, a research intern in developmental psychology at the LSU Pennington Biomedical Research Center, is a recipient of the Tiger Excellence Scholarship, the LSU Board of Supervisors Academic Scholarship, the George C. and Merritt D. Betts Scholarship and the Doyle P. “Bubba” Spell/Natchez Rotary Scholarship.
Her hobbies include running, art, reading, LSU football, biomedical research volunteering to read with third-grade students at Winbourne Elementary School in support of Pi Beta Phi’s local literacy efforts in Baton Rouge and spending time with friends and family.

Sarah Beth Willard
Sarah Beth Willard, is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jim Willard, and a 2013 graduate of Cathedral High School. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Willard, Mr. James W. Overton, the late Mrs. Bethany Lambdin Overton and the late Mr. Waldo P. Lambdin, all of Natchez.
She is currently a student at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge where she is majoring in fashion merchandising with a minor in business.
Sarah Beth is a member of Chi Omega Sorority, Phi Sigma Theta National Honor Society, Chi Omega Intramural basketball team and the Fashion Club Hemline.
Her hobbies include traveling, fashion, playing tennis and cheering for the LSU Tigers.

Charles Eugene “Chase” Brakenridge
Chase is the son of Georgeanne and Charles Brakenridge of Ferriday and a 2014 graduate of Cathedral High School. He is the grandson of Mr. Charles Eugene Brakenridge, Sr. of Ferriday and the late Diane Brakenridge and Mr. and Mrs. Evan Lansing Kolb of Alexandria, La.
Chase is currently a student at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge where he is majoring in business administration.
He is a member of Delta Kappa Epsilon Fraternity and was recently elected vice president. He is also a member of the Friars Club at LSU.
His hobbies include waterskiing, boating and swimming.

Michael Geoffrey Iles Jr.
Michael is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Chad Huber and Dr. and Mrs. Geoffrey Iles Sr. He is a 2014 graduate of Trinity Episcopal Day School. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur M. Williams III of West Monroe, La., Mrs. Betty Iles of Natchez and the late Jerry W. Iles, MD of Natchez.
Michael is currently a student at the University of Mississippi in Oxford where he is majoring in Public Policy and Leadership.
He is a member of Sigma Nu Fraternity where he has volunteered for the political campaigns of Boyce Adams and Gov. Phil Bryant. He also started the company “Magnolia Men” an apparel and advertising company and he currently serves as CEO.
His hobbies include hiking, camping, sports and spending time with friends.

Timothy Dale Matheney Jr.
Tim is the son of Mr. Frank and Mrs. Stephanie Serio Smith and Mr. Tim Matheney. He is a 2013 graduate of Cathedral School. He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. S. Barnett Serio, Jr. and Mr. and Mrs. Joseph P. Matheney of Keokuk, Iowa.
Tim is currently a student at the University of Mississippi in Oxford where he is majoring in history.
He is a member of Kappa Sigma Fraternity, Ducks Unlimited, College Republicans and intramural soccer.
His hobbies include soccer, golf, hunting, fishing, cooking and Ole Miss sports.

Aaron Gregory Robertson
Aaron is the son of Dr. Greg and Libby Robertson of Alexandria, La. He is a 2012 graduate of Menard High School in Alexandria, LA. He is the grandson of Mrs. Lucianne Wood and the late Bernard P. Wood (Pilgrimage Garden Club King 1960).
Aaron is currently a student at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge where he is majoring in biology with a concentration in secondary education.
His hobbies include snow skiing and playing basketball. He is coaching sixth-grade basketball and is a chemistry tutor.
Julius Carter Smith
Carter Smith is the son of Jim and Sarah Carter Smith (Pilgrimage Garden Queen 1987). He is a 2013 graduate of Trinity Episcopal Day School. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Lucian Gwin, Jr., Mr. Webb Carter and the late Mr. and Mrs. J.T. Smith.
Carter is currently a student at the University of Mississippi in Oxford.
He is a member of Sigma Nu Fraternity, Cardinal Club, intramural softball and works for the University of Mississippi Foundation.
His hobbies include hunting, fishing and snow skiing.

Nolan Hays Vaughan
Nolan is the son of Christopher Hays and Melissa Stubblefield Vaughan. He is a 2012 graduate of Cathedral School. He is the grandson of Marlin John and Linda Stubblefield and the late James Anderson and Mary Elizabeth Vaughan.
Nolan is currently a student at the University of Mississippi in Oxford where he is majoring in mechanical engineering.
He is a member of Kappa Sigma Fraternity.
His hobbies include hunting, history, golf, working on things and hanging out with friends.

Caroline Hart Carlton
Caroline is the daughter of Marcie and John B. Carlton, D.M.D and big sister to Grant and Kate Carlton. She is the granddaughter of Ellen Hart and Mike Depta and Ann and Kinney Carlton of Natchez. She is the great-granddaughter of Ann Lum Ballew and the late Eugene Ballew, the late Elizabeth and Charles Carlton, the late Mary Hart and Carroll Sojourner, all of Natchez and the late Jean and Tommy Halbert of Columbus.
She is currently in the first grade at Cathedral Elementary School and is a member of St. Mary Basilica Catholic Church. She is a member of the Natchez All Stars and the Pilgrimage Garden Club Junior Gardeners where she won the 2014 Flower Show Beginners Youth Award for design.
Caroline has a great sense of humor and her hobbies include singing, dancing, drawing, reading and spending time with family and friends.
She is a fifth generation Pilgrimage Garden Club member and her previous Tableaux experience includes Little Maypole and Picnic.
Ella Grace Heflin
Ella Grace is the daughter of Stacey and Stuart Heflin and big sister to Sydney Heflin. She is the granddaughter of Mary Evelyn Cupit of Vidalia, Gary Cupit of McCall Creek and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Heflin of Natchez.
She is currently in the first grade at Cathedral Elementary School and is a member of First Baptist Church. She is a member of the Pilgrimage Garden Club Junior Gardeners and the Natchez All Stars.
Ella Grace enjoys drawing, dancing, gymnastics, swimming, LSU football and playing with her dog, Jake.

Magnolia Marie “Maggie” Smith
Maggie is the daughter of Dr. John and Blythe Smith and little sister to Ty Hite. She is the granddaughter of Ricky and Wanda Smith of Natchez, J.Q. and Priscilla Davis of Coushatta, La., and Richard and Ella Friddle of Benton, La.
She is currently in kindergarten at Cathedral Elementary School. She has taken ballet for three years at Middleton School of Dance and music for three years at Children’s Prep Music Studio.
Maggie enjoys dancing, singing, creating art, being outdoors, laughing and doing super ninja moves.
Previous Tableaux participation includes Little Maypole.
Jordan Thomas Stubbs
Jordan is the son of Jessica and Nathan Stubbs and little brother to Jack Henry Stubbs. He is the grandson of Felice Byrne Fortenberry and Joe Fortenberry of Natchez and Karen and Kenneth Stubbs of Ferriday, La. He is the great-grandson of Joe and Barbara Culotta of Ferriday, Estelle and Delton Porter and the late Henry Francis Byrne, Dottie Stubbs and the late Jack Stubbs and Selma and the late William Fortenberry all of Natchez.
He is currently in kindergarten at Cathedral Elementary School and is a member of St. Mary Basilica Catholic Church.
Jordan enjoys cooking, drawing, rollerblading, soccer and deer and turkey hunting.
