Cynthia D. McCready of Natchez and William A. Hall Jr. of Wakefield, La., announce the engagement of their daughter, Melissa Hall to Brandon O’Neal, son of George O’Neal Jr. of Natchez and Carmen Gillam of Dallas.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Natchez High School and Jonesville Beauty School in Vidalia. She is employed by Rebel Barber Shop in Natchez.

She is the granddaughter of Jan Bertrand of Natchez and Glenn Smith of Burnett, Texas.

The groom-to-be received his GED certificate in Natchez and is employed by Cash Saver in Natchez.

He is the grandson of George O’Neal Sr. and Yasuko Jeannie O’Neal of Junction City, Kan.

The wedding will be at 4 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 30, 2016, at Community Chapel in Natchez.

A reception will immediately follow the ceremony at the church.
