FERRIDAY — Memorial services for Lisa Reneé Emfinger, who died Monday, Jan. 4, 2016, will be 2 p.m. today at Young’s Funeral Home Chapel in Ferriday with the Rev. Larry Wagoner officiating.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until service time today at the funeral home.

Arrangements are under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home.

Mrs. Emfinger was born Dec. 14, 1973, the daughter of Drexel Cornelius Brister and Theresa Brown Brister.

Lisa loved spending time with her family and playing with her grandchildren. Most of all, she enjoyed hunting, fishing and bow-fishing with her husband, Zane.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her husband, Zane Emfinger of Dunbarton, La.; two sons, Benjamin and Brandon Herzog, both of Fort Worth, Texas; one stepson, Dustin Emfinger of Starkville; two stepdaughters, Ashton Brown and Megan Tomlinson and husband, Wesley, all of Woodville; one brother, Daryl Brister of Mississippi; one sister, Janet Odle; and five grandchildren.
