Natchez Municipal Court Cases 

Tuesday, Dec. 1

Shenikka S. Bradley, 28, charged with two counts of uttering a forgery. Waived preliminary hearing on each count. Case bound over to a grand jury on each count. Out on $5,000 bond on each count.

Anthony Bradford, 26, charged with burglary of commercial building, cars, etc. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury.

 

Friday, Dec. 4

Gavin Creel, 38, found not guilty of public drunkenness. Creel was also found guilty of disorderly conduct – failure to comply with officer. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $473. Creel was also found guilty of resisting arrest. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $523.

Lucille A. Perry, 22, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573. Perry also pleaded guilty to willful trespassing. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $323.

Eddie Jones, 48, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573.

Jeremy D. Smith, 18, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573.

Marvin Fulford pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance. Driver’s license suspended for six months. Fine set at $593.

 

Monday, Dec. 7

Kristina Lynn Lee, 26, pleaded guilty to malicious mischief. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $323. Restitution set at $156.34.

Amanda L. Ard/Knight, 35, found guilty of disturbing the peace. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $398. Ard/Knight was also found not guilty of petit larceny.

Claude F. Johnson Jr., 28, pleaded guilty to willful trespassing. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from Circle K. Fine set at $323.

James N. Thomas, 21, pleaded guilty to malicious mischief. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $323. Restitution set at $200. Thomas also pleaded guilty to public drunkenness. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $323.

Joseph Phillips, 60, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573.

 

Wednesday, Dec. 9

Rhonda Jones, 53, pleaded guilty to violating the open container law. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $323. Jones also pleaded guilty to resisting arrest. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $523. Jones was also charged with failure to obey audible siren. Case dismissed in consideration of other plea. Jones was also charged with running a stop sign. Case dismissed in consideration of other plea. Jones was also charged with child restraint violation. Case dismissed in consideration of other plea.

Anthony Dion Green, 51, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. Driver’s license suspended for six months. Fine set at $250. Green also pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from Cash Saver. Fine set at $573.

Kenneth McKnight pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from store. Fine set at $573.
