Two arrested for shooting BB guns

NATCHEZ — Two men were arrested over the holiday weekend for allegedly shooting BB guns at residences in Adams County.
Hayden Nelson, 19, and Zachary Miller, 22, were arrested Friday and charged with shooting into a dwelling following the incident.
The Adams County Sheriff’s Office initially responded to the area of Cloverdale Drive after several residents reported shots fired into their residence, sheriff’s deputies reported.
Deputies eventually located Nelson at 133 Cloverdale Road, who told them he and Miller had shot street signs with BB and pellet pistols, but during the incident Miller allegedly began to shoot into residences in the area, deputies reported.
The suspects are being detained without bond in the Adams County Jail.
