Torre Leshonte Robinson pleaded guilty to possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, known as methamphetamine, more than 10 grams, but less than 30 grams (non-habitual and non-enhanced) in Judge Forrest “Al” Johnson’s court. Sentenced to 15 years in the Mississippi Department of Corrections. Full credit received for any time served in the Adams County Sheriff’s jail. Must pay all court costs and fees as well as a $200 prosecution fee immediately.

Friday, Nov. 20
Larry Penton, 53, pleaded guilty to willful trespassing. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $323.
Tyrone S. Washington, 39, pleaded guilty to public drunkenness. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $323.
Patrick Delaughter pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance. Sentenced to 60 days with 47 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Credit for 13 days served. Driver’s license suspended for six months. Fine set at $750. Delaughter also pleaded guilty to improper equipment — headlights. Fine set at $152. Delaughter also pleaded guilty to speeding. Fine set at $202. Delaughter also pleaded guilty to no driver’s license. Sentenced to five days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $347. Delaughter also pleaded guilty to improper tag. Fine set at $205.
Monday, Nov. 23
Detranell Camill Brinkley, 32, pleaded nolo to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $623.
Benjamin Harrington, 44, charged with disorderly conduct — failure to comply with officer. Case dismissed at written request of officer.
