MONTEREY — Graveside services for Peter Jefferson Frazier, 69, of Monterey, who died Friday, Oct. 23, 2015, at Rapides General Hospital, will be 1 p.m. Monday at New Era Baptist Church Cemetery.

Burial will follow under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until service time Monday at the New Era Baptist Church.
