MEADVILLE — Graveside services for infant David Joe Polk, who died Monday, Oct. 5, 2015, will be 10 a.m. Thursday at the Midway Cemetery in Meadville.

Arrangements are under the direction of Franklin Funeral Home.

Survivors include his parents, Jayme Beckman and David Polk of Roxie; one brother, Easton Bradley Michael Polk; maternal grandmother, Cynthia Beckman of Laurel; and paternal grandmother, Mary Elizabeth Cooley of Roxie.
