Tony and Jena Mullins of Roxie announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Karlee Tait Mullins to Kolby Cortez Byrd, son of Terry and Liz Byrd of Bogue Chitto.

The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of John and Janice Mullins of Roxie and the late Gus and Toune Frith of Eddiceton.

The groom-to-be is the grandson of Cortez and Barbara Byrd of Brookhaven, Ms. Libby Forbes of Crystal Springs and Alfred and Judy Whitaker of Hattiesburg.

The wedding will be 6:30 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 10, 2015, at Fair River Baptist Church.

A reception will immediately follow the ceremony at The Old Wesson School.

Friends and relatives are welcome to attend.
