VIDALIA — A Ferriday man will spend 10 years in prison for his role in an October 2014 home invasion.

Concordia Parish District Attorney Brad Burget said Bryson N. Conner, 20, 607 8th St., was one of three men who beat and robbed two men in a Ridgecrest home invasion on Oct. 12, 2014.

Authorities at the time said Burget said Conner, Byron Jefferson, 19, 105 Ferriday Drive, and Jordan Hinkston, 22, 89 Chester St., Alexandria, were reportedly waiting for two men at a Ridgecrest residence.

When the victims arrived, Conner, Jefferson and Hinkston — masked and armed — reportedly forced the victims into the residence, beat and robbed them.

The suspects reportedly carried a firearm, shotgun and two pistols.

Conner was sentenced for armed robbery with a firearm and home invasion.

Burget did not have details about Jefferson’s and Hinkston’s cases immediately available.
