Friday, July 31:

Latoya Stine, 25, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573.
Samuel W. Cook, 30, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573.
Kennon B. Ashley, 39, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from K Mart. Fine set at $573.
Monday, Aug. 3:
Michelle Barnes, 36, found not guilty of shoplifting – 1st offense.
Daytrain Latoya Schenall, 31, found guilty of shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573.
Devontae L. Collins, 22, pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property – misdemeanor. Sentenced to 30 days with 24 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Credit given for six days in jail. Fine set at $473 minus $100 credit. Musty pay a fine of $373.
Tuesday, Aug. 4:
Melissa O’Mara, 41, charged with burglary of an inhabited dwelling. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury. Bond set at $45,000.
Archie Kentrell Doss, 22, charged with aggravated assault by other means – deadly weapon. Case bound over to a grand jury after preliminary hearing held. Bond set at $125,000 with conditions.
Hine Brown Jr., 44, charged with felony simple assault – domestic violence. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury. Out on bond already
Wednesday, Aug. 6:
Henry Dewayne Hamilton, 33, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573.
