P.J. King competes in the calf-roping event during the Adams County Sheriff’s Deputies Rodeo at the Wayne Johnson Arena Saturday. King caught the calf and finished with a time of nine seconds. During the two-day event, more than 200 cowboys and cowgirls competed in various riding and roping events.
