My stepfather, Carl W. Williams, was murdered in Fenwick back on Feb. 17, 2010, and there has not been any arrests in his case.

My family has not been able to get closure. His murderer is walking around free. It still hurts as if it just happened.

There have been other killings in this town that have been solved. My family would like to know if the local authorities are still working on his case or has it become a cold case.

My next step is to contact the FBI to see if there is anything they can do to help assist in finding my stepdad’s murderers. We will not stop until justice has been done.
