WOODVILLE — Graveside services for Kenneth Charles Canova, 31, of Woodville, who died Monday, May 18, 2015, at his residence, will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Evergreen Cemetery in Woodville with the Rev. Henry Shelton officiating.
Burial will follow under the direction of Newman Funeral Home in Woodville.
Mr. Canova was born Oct. 3, 1983, in Baton Rouge, the son of Francis Dennis Canova and Lisa Carter Canova.
Ken was a long time employee of Canova’s City Drug Store in Woodville. He loved his family and friends and was a loyal New Orleans Saints fan.
Ken will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, C.A. Canova Sr. and Christine Rosso Canova.
Survivors include his parents; maternal grandparents, K.O. Carter and Myrtis Carter; stepmother, Charolette “Cissy” Canova; one stepsister, Brittany Nicole Carroll; three uncles, Charlie Canova Jr., Eugene Canova and wife, Carole, and Jerry Carter; three aunts, Charlene Lolley and husband, Walter, Cheryl Oman and husband, Steve, and Chris Driskell and husband, Lavon; and a number of relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Natchez Children’s Home.
