NATCHEZ — Services for Linda Kay Hartwell Jones, 47, who died Thursday, May 7, 2015, in Natchez, will be at 9:30 a.m. Saturday in the George F. West Sr. Memorial Chapel at West Gate Funeral Home.

Arrangements are under the direction of West Gate Funeral Home.

Mrs. Jones was born Sept. 1, 1967, in Monroe, La., the daughter of Alfred Hartwell Sr. and Lillie Mae Carradine Hartwell.

She was employed by Durham Bus Service as a bus driver.

Linda was a member of New Hope Baptist Church. She enjoyed spending time with her family, singing, dancing and visiting the sick.

Mrs. Jones was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her husband, James E. Jones; one son, Kalup Tyrone Hartwell and fiancée, Shawon Moore; one brother, Alfred Hartwell Jr.; three sisters, Diane Hartwell Henry, Sharon Lorraine Hartwell and Rita Marie Hartwell Green and husband, Kenrice Green Sr.; four grandchildren, Daniel Hartwell, Ka’Liyah Hartwell, Jada Jackson and Tamir Windham; and other relatives and friends.
