Be prepared to enjoy the area’s most stylish and fashionable models as they grace your presence while showcasing the latest in hats and fashions.

This year’s categories include Rolling on the River, where you will view the latest in casual wear. The Executive Sweep allows models to show how to take care of business in chic business attire. Hattelujah Good Time will highlight the latest and sharpest in Sunday’s best. Finally, enter the ballroom for a Grand Affair.

Once again we will have local vendors with a variety of items for sale at terrific prices. We are particularly grateful for their continued support and contributions. A big handful of gratitude and hattitude go out to our sponsors who understand that it takes all of us to truly make a difference in the community.

The National Coalition of 100 Black Women Southwest Mississippi Chapter has been in operation since 1996 here in Natchez, and the scholarship program is one of the coalition’s premier projects. The annual hat and fashion show is NCBW’s biggest fundraiser. Funds raised allow area youth — girls and boys — to receive scholarships as well as participate in numerous educational and cultural activities. Continued support will allow us to expand our reach and help empower more youth.

It is with great pleasure that we, the members of NCBW, bring this magnificent show to the Natchez area again this year. Tickets are $25, which includes a scrumptious lunch. Entertainment will be provided by Mr. and Mrs. Marcus Washington. Judge Anthony Heidelberg will serve as toastmaster. You are guaranteed to have a great time.
