NATCHEZ — Services for Yolanda Booker, 54, who died Friday, April 10, 2015, at the University Medical Center in Jackson following a brief illness, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Pilgrim Baptist Church with the Rev. George Marshall officiating.
Burial will follow at the Sunset View Memorial Cemetery under the direction of W.H. Jefferson Funeral Home in Natchez.
Visitation will be at 10 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.
Ms. Booker was a homemaker and a member of the Emmanuel Church of God in Christ.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Lucille Sartin Booker.
Survivors include two sons, Freddy Booker and Fredrick Redden, both of Natchez; one daughter, Jessica Booker of Minneapolis, Minn.; one brother, Larry Booker of Suitland, Md.; seven sisters, Jimmie Davis, Tina Johnson, Joyce Green and Tracey Booker, all of Atlanta, Brenda Hunter, Vernoise Booker and Cherlynn Booker, all of Minneapolis; seven grandchildren; and a number of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
