FERRIDAY — Services for Charles Williams, 57, of Ferriday, who died Sunday, Feb. 22, 2015, at Christus St. Frances Hospital in Alexandria, La., will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at Concordia Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Eddie Schiele officiating.

Burial will follow at the Ferriday Cemetery under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mr. Williams was born July 21, 1957, in St. Joseph, La., the son of George Williams and Maude Reed.

He was employed by Promise Hospital in Vidalia as a maintenance tech.

Mr. Williams was preceded in death by his father; one sister, Hattie B. Reed; and one brother, Ernest Reed.

Survivors include his wife, Hattie Nellon Williams; one daughter, Katina Nellon; his mother; three brothers, Robert Reed, all of Ferriday, George “Randy” Williams of Houston and Larry Reed of Natchez; three sisters, Patricia Montgomery and husband, Billy, of Clayton, Carrie Reed and Maxine Williams, both of Ferriday; and a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.
