NATCHEZ — G. Daniel Oglesby has been named vice president for lending at United Mississippi Bank.

Oglesby received a bachelor’s degree in finance, cum laude, from Louisiana State University in 2006. He began his career with UMB in June 2006. In January 2007, he became involved in the bank’s lending function before being promoted to assistant vice president in 2010.

Oglesby is married to the former Tasha Willis and they are the parents of two children, Eli, 5 and Aubrey, 2.
