Mr. Percy was the son of Edward Carter Percy and Willie Katherine O’Quinn.

He was happily married to Patti Metz Percy for 35 years. He cherished his daughter, Cara Grace “Carrie” Percy Carter. There are no words to express his love and pride for his precious child.
When she married, he also gained a son and business partner, David B. Carter, who he wholeheartedly took under his wings. He touched so many with his smile, knowledge and never-ending talents.
