FERRIDAY — Funeral services for Walter Jude Beebe, Jr., 71, who died Saturday, Oct. 18, 2014, will be 11 a.m. today at Young’s Funeral Home with the Rev. William Fowler, the Rev. Greg Nichols and the Rev. Gary Mitchell officiating.

Burial will follow at Magnolia Cemetery in Tullos, La., under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home in Ferriday.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. today at Young’s Funeral Home in Ferriday.

Beebe was born on Dec. 15, 1942, the son of Walter Judd Beebe Sr. and Beryl Estelle Beebe.

Beebe proudly served his country in the U.S. Army.

Beebe was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include wife, Faye Etta Beebe; sons, Clay A. Beebe and wife, Elaine, of Blossom, Tx., Johnny C. Watson and wife, Lillian, of Natchez; daughters, Glenda Wilfert and Hallet Pregeant of Vidalia; six grandchildren, Bryan Troxclair and wife, Tiffany, Danielle Johnsrud, Darby Hill, Jerrett Watson and wife, DeSha, and Ally Watson; 11 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild; one brother Bill Cary Beebe and wife, Jill, and their children, James “Jimmy” Beebe and William “Cary” Beebe.

Pallbearers will be Tommy Bingham, Tommy Barron, Sam Rice, Robert Dubois, Brain Troxclair, Eddie Barron, Jerrett Watson and Tristan Hill.
