Mr. and Mrs. Doyle Hinds of Baldwyn announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Nicole Hinds to Clinton Burbank Pomeroy Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Clinton Burbank Pomeroy Sr. of Natchez.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Mantachie Attendance Center in Mantachie and a graduate of Mississippi State University in Starkville.

She is employed by Region IV Mental Health in Tupelo as an elderly psychosocial supervisor.

She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Kathleen Bennett and the late Kenneth Bennett of Marietta and Mrs. Bobbie Nell Hinds and the late Leroy Hinds of Baldwyn.

The groom-to-be is a graduate of Trinity Episcopal Day School in Natchez and a graduate of Itawamba Community College in Tupelo. He is employed by UAM as a disassembly technician in Tupelo.

He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. J.Q. Lesley of Mantachie and Mrs. Lucy Pomeroy and the late J. Frederick Pomeroy Jr. of Eufaula, Ala.

The wedding will be at 4 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 25, 2014, at Lakeland Baptist Church in Mantachie.

A reception will follow at Elkin Place in Tupelo.

Family and friends are invited.

The couple will live in Mantachie.
