Adams County Christian School’s game against Prentiss Christian has been postponed after a tragedy involving a Prentiss Christian student occurred Friday.

ACCS head coach David King said he has been talking with Prentiss Christian officials about the situation, and they did not want to release what happened. King said from the sound of it, postponing the game was the right call.

“The older I get, the more I realize that this is just a game, and any tragedy involving kids is certainly more important,” King said. “Our prayers are with them.”

King said he is still talking with Prentiss Christian to try and find a makeup date, which could occur Monday.
