Ward facilitates at law school orientation

NATCHEZ — Judge George Ward of Natchez was a facilitator in The Mississippi Bar’s Law School Orientation on Professionalism, which took place at orientation sessions at the Mississippi College School of Law and the University of Mississippi Law School.

Facilitators were considered respected individuals who consistently uphold the legal and ethical obligations required by a law career.

The James O. Dukes Professionalism Program was named for its founder, the former bar president James O. Dukes.

At the orientation, facilitators and students examined hypothetical legal situations designed to provoke discussion of professionalism and ethical issues that arise in the everyday practice of law.
