UTICA — Services for Francis David “Sarge” Sullivan, 63, of Utica, who died Monday, Sept. 1, 2014, will be at 2 p.m. today at Glenwood Funeral Home in Utica.
Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until service time today at the funeral home.
Mr. Sullivan was born Aug. 8, 1951, the son of Robert Sullivan and Carolyn Martin Cole.
Mr. Sullivan served in the U.S. Army for 13 years, most of which he spent in Germany. He loved fishing, deer hunting, watching old movies and work.
Mr. Sullivan was preceded in death by his father of New Orleans and Duck Hill; his grandparents, Richard and Annie Sue Sullivan of Duck Hill and F.M. and Nellie Martin of Yazoo City; and two cousins, Vicky Porter Dunigan and Mark Porter of Natchez.
Survivors include his mother of Natchez; one brother, Robert Alan Sullivan and wife, Susan, of Port St. Lucie, Fla.; two aunts, Bobbye Martin Porter of Natchez and Gertrude Sullivan Driver of Jackson, Tenn.; two uncles, Robert Martin of Bude and Terry Lee Martin and wife, Lorna, of Natchez; four cousins, Toni Doyle, Karla Porter, Hope Toney and Marty Martin; one stepdaughter, Manuela Eichmuller of Stutgart, Germany; and a number of other family and friends.
