NATCHEZ — Services for Willie Morgan, 77, of Natchez, who died Monday, July 14, 2014, in Natchez, will be at 3:30 p.m. Saturday at Daughters of Zion Baptist Church.

Burial will follow in Sunset View Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of West Gate Funeral Home.

Visitation will be form 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. today at the funeral home and from 2:30 p.m. until service time Saturday at the church.

Mr. Morgan was born Nov. 6, 1936, in Adams County, the son of Joe Morgan and Ellen Butler Morgan.

He was a member of the Daughters of Zion Baptist Church.

He was employed by L. J. Denney and Son, and enjoyed gardening.

Mr. Morgan was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Earnest Morgan and Henry Morgan.

Survivors include one nephew he raised as his own, Henry Morgan; three nieces he raised as his own, Helen Ford, Beatrice Morgan and Yolanda Speed; two brothers, Joseph Morgan and Robert Madison; two sisters, Mary Vanderson and Edna Harris; a devoted sister-in-law, Princess Morgan; and a number of nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
