MEADVILLE — Services for Donnabel Higginbotham Langford, 91, of Meadville, who died Wednesday, July 9, 2014, at her residence, will be at 11 a.m. today at Franklin Funeral Home in with the Rev. Dale Linton officiating.

Burial will follow in Midway Cemetery under the direction of Franklin Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time today at the funeral home.

Mrs. Langford was born the daughter of Quantrell “Tont” Higginbotham and Nelie Cunningham Higginbotham.

Mrs. Langford was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, E.W. “Tiny” Langford; her parents; one son, Allen “Badge” Langford; and three brothers, Alfred, Hugh and Elmer Higginbotham.

Survivors include three daughters, Eva L. Guice and husband, Mike, Daisy L. Arnold and husband, Scotty, and Jo Nell Griffith and husband, Larry, all of Meadville; eight grandchildren, Michelle Orr, Cindy Ashmore, Melinda Arnold, Kristi Matthews, Donna Brewer, Tommy Arnold, Allison Kirkendall and Jennifer Griffith; eight great-grandchildren; and one daughter-in-law, Dee Langford.

Pallbearers will be Nathan Orr, Jamie Matthews, Jeff Mullins, Bill Halford, David Scarbrough and Kirk Williamson.

Honorary pallbearers will be Danny Oglesby, Jimmy Torrey and Tommy Hutto.
