Natchez is full of wonderful people

Sometimes we live so close to wonderful places and people that we forget about them. Natchez should never forget about the gardens and older homes I see pictures of and hear about here in Gadsden, Ala., but I also want your town to know about some of their own citizens.
Mr. Grey Jordan of Jordan Carriers with his staff of Mr. J. Woods, safety director; Shirley Ogden, registered nurse and Valerie Angles, dispatcher are very special people.
I have never met these people, but I have talked to two or more of them every day since Sept. 25, when my husband had colon surgery. He has worked for Jordan for seven years, and he has not met some of these employees himself since he lives in Gadsden. But the calls and cards and help we received have been like having family living in Mississippi.
I can’t put into words what this family in Mississippi has meant to us, but if there are people in Natchez that know Mr. Jordan, Mr. Woods, Mrs. Ogden and Ms. Angles, pleas give them a big hug and thank you from us.
