SICILY ISLAND — Graveside services for Thomas Gordon “Tommy” Robinson, 32, who died Thursday, June 26, 2014 at Riverland Medical Center, will be at 2 p.m. today at Highland Park Cemetery with the Rev. Jerry Sharp officiating.

Burial will follow under the direction of Comer Funeral Home.

Mr. Robinson was born July 24, 1981, the son of Terry A. and Cynthia Dianne Hilliard Robinson.

He was a security guard at Catahoula Detention Center in Harrisonburg and a former millwright. He loved his family and will be missed by all that knew him.

Mr. Robinson was preceded in death by his grandparents, Gordon and Bonnie Higdon Robinson and Benny Higdon; step grandparents, Kenneth Miller, Wilmer and Sue Perry; stepmother, Leona Robinson; one stepsister, Kelly Cowan.

Survivors include his father; his mother and her husband, Neal Perry, of Woodville; one son, Bradley Robinson of Ferriday; one daughter, Morgan Robinson of Reno, Nev.; one grandmother, Betty Hilliard Miller of Sicily Island; two brothers, Necoma “Beau” Robinson and husband, Luke, of West Monroe, and Shawn Perry of Woodville; one sister, Amber Robinson and husband, Caleb, of Wisner; three stepsisters, LaJuana Hill and husband, David, of Foules, Crystal Newman of Ferriday, and LaDonna Zoellner and husband, Howard, of Marble Hill, Mo.; a special cousin, Steve McLeland; and a number of uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.

Pallbearers will be Josh Matthews, Jacob Matthews, Brandon Hillard, Caleb Robinson, Eric Rutledge, Hunter White and Cody Higdon.

Honorary pallbearer will be Steve McLeland.
