Gregory and Cindi Randall of Vidalia announce the engagement of their daughter, Kassi Randall to John Brixey, son of William and Marilyn Brixey of Ridgecrest.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Vidalia High School and is attending Louisiana Tech University in Ruston.

She is the granddaughter of Mack and Ezetta Walker of Jonesville and the late Richard and Melle of Jena.

The groom-to-be is a graduate of Vidalia High School.

He is employed by Justiss Oil in Jena, La.

He is the grandson of Segrest and Bessie Wesberry of Ferriday and E.M. and Dixie Brixey of Bastrop.

The wedding will be at 2 p.m., June 28, 2014, at First Baptist Church in Vidalia.

A reception will follow in the First Baptist Church gym.
