Salters joins Concordia Bank as VP and CFO

VIDALIA — Patrick Biglane, president and CEO of Concordia Bank & Trust Co., recently announced that William “Bill” M. Salters has joined the staff as senior vice president and chief financial officer.
Salters is a 1978 graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi with a degree in accounting and earned his Masters of Business Administration degree from Alcorn State University.
He has worked 32 years in the banking industry and is also a 1985 graduate of the Executive Management School of Banking at the University of Georgia.
Salters currently serves as a board member of the Copiah-Lincoln Community College Foundation. He is a past board member of the Mississippi Bankers Association and the Natchez-Adams County Chamber of Commerce.
He is also a member of AICPA. He and his wife, Martha, are active members of Parkway Baptist Church, where he serves as a deacon and is a member of the finance committee. They are the parents of three daughters, Sydney Magee and husband Tony of Mendenhall, Sarah Loy and husband Jeremy of Brookhaven and Sunny McGehee and husband Bud of Brandon.
Bill and Martha have seven grandchildren, Skyler and Mylie Magee; Will, Macy and Wesley Loy; and Silas and Slade McGehee.
Biglane said he is proud and fortunate to have Salters become a part of the Concordia Bank family.
“Bill brings years of banking expertise and service to the Miss-Lou community,” he said.
