Fairbanks now diplomat for association on pain

VIDALIA — Dr. Rus Fairbanks of Vidalia has completed the requirements to become a diplomat in the American Academy of Pain Management.

Fairbanks, a sports medicine and orthopedic specialist, works at Riverpark Medical Center.

He has been in practice for more than 20 years and is a graduate of Rhodes College in Memphis, Tenn., and the LSU Medical School in New Orleans.
