VIDALIA — Services for Joan Saul, 57, of Vidalia, who died Monday, Nov. 22, 2010, at Natchez Regional Medical Center, will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at Zion Baptist Church in Vidalia.

Burial will follow at the Vidalia Cemetery under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home in Ferriday.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Ms. Saul was born Nov. 15, 1953, in Natchez, the daughter of Joe Garrison and Beatrice Saul.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Survivors include her mother; one son, Craig Saul, both of Vidalia; one daughter, Shakira Saul of West Mount, Ill.; two sisters, Cassandra Saul of Vidalia and Bobbie Marshall and husband, Jerry, of Maywood, Ill.; one grandchild, Dantrell Saul; one aunt, Mae Liza Scott of Vidalia; one niece, Madia Marshall; one great-niece, Myial Marshall; her longtime companion and soulmate, Joseph “Catfish” Derozan of Vidalia.
