FERRIDAY — Services for Audie Marie Wilson, 77, of Ferriday, who died Monday, March 17, 2014, at Natchez Community Hospital, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Young’s Funeral Home with the Rev. Randy Williams officiating.
Burial will follow in Harrisonburg Cemetery under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Wilson was born March 1, 1937, in Ferriday, the daughter of Clarence Charles Drummond and Audye Watson Dummond.
She was a resident of Ferriday and a member of Hill Memorial Baptist Church. She was the most giving, loving and forgiving Christian lady whom was loved and will be missed by all that knew her.
Mrs. Wilson was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Austin Blair Wilson Sr.; two brothers, Dan and Van Drummond; one sister, Billie Drummond; and one granddaughter, Crystal Michelle Harris.
Survivors include one son, Blair Wilson Jr. and wife, Karen, of Ferriday; one daughter, Carol Ann Sikes and husband, Charles, of Rhinehart, La.; one grandson, Dustin Wayne Mullins; three granddaughters, Erica Davis and husband, Nate, Nichole Marie Wagstaff and husband, Trevor and Candace Wilson; one great-grandson, Henry Wagstaff; three sisters, Ruth Crane, Dorothy Drummond and Ruby Lee Green; and one aunt, Doris Knight.
