FOULES — Memorial services for Kendall Marie Forman, 48, of Clayton, who died Tuesday, Feb. 25, 2014, at Riverland Medical Center in Ferriday, will be 10 a.m. Friday at Sunnyside Church in Foules, with the Rev. Jerry Sharp officiating.

Services are under the direction of Comer Funeral Home in Ferriday.

Mrs. Forman was born Oct. 21, 1965, the daughter of Walter F. and Elizabeth Faye Fletcher McClure.

She was a special loving person and enjoyed life and will be surely missed by all that knew her.

Mrs. Forman was preceded in death by her father; and maternal grandparents, Harvey “Shorty” and Dorothy Kelley.

Survivors include her loving husband of 33 years, Dwayne Forman; her mother; one son, Tyler Forman; one daughter, Amanda Forman; grandchildren, Benjamin Forman, and Aiden and Aaliyah Donahue; step grandfather, Doyle Kelley; three sisters, Krista, Kelley and Jennifer; special nephews, Christopher McClure, Shane McClure and Kallen Carter; and a number of other family and friends.
