Services for Bertha Bordelon, 64, of Jonesville, who died Thursday, Dec. 7, 2006, at Riverland Medical Center in Ferriday, will be 10 a.m. today at Larto Apostolic Church at 10 a.m. with Bro. Chris Hamilton officiating.
Burial will follow at Nichols Cemetery in Larto, under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home in Jonesville.
Visitation will be this morning until service time at the church.
Mrs. Bordelon was born Dec. 13, 1941, in Larto, the daughter of Mike and Vera Wiley. She was a homemaker and a member of the Larto Apostolic Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Niles Bordelon; her parents; and brother, Michael Wiley.
Survivors include three sons, Auburn Bordelon and his wife, Sandra, both of Vick, La., Timmy Bordelon and his wife, Linda, both of Larto, Kenneth Bordelon and his wfie, Belinda, both of Vick, La.; daughter, Celeste Adams and her husband, Milton, both of Larto; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and sister, Janice Cooper of Waterproof.
Pallbearers will be Ronnie Wiley Sr., Ronnie Wiley Jr., Lee Bordelon, Phillip Bordelon, Dewayne Bordelon and Jock Girlinghouse.
