Girtrude White

Services for Girtrude White, 77, of Natchez, who died Saturday, Dec. 16, 2006, at Natchez Regional Medical Center, will be at 1 p.m. today at Bethlehem Baptist Church.
Burial will follow in the church cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home.
Visitation is from 11 a.m. until service time today at the church.
Mrs. White was born Nov. 29, 1929, in Stampley, the daughter of Robert Green Sr. and Mary C. Ford Green.
She was a member of Mount Valley Chapter 29 of Eastern Star and United Friendly.
Mrs. White was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel White Sr.; her parents; and two brothers, Robert Green Jr. and MacArthur Green.
Survivors include nine children, Charles White, James White and his wife, Carolyn, Daniel White and his wife, Cassandra, Ruby As-sabor and her husband, Ayyub, Bobbie Harris and her husband, Anthony, Henry White and his wife, Kitusha, JoAnn Furegon and her husband, John, Terry White and his wife, Rhonda and Patricia White, all of Natchez; four sisters, Azilee Jones of Detroit, Mich., L.V. White and Aretha Lucas, both of Chicago, and Thelma White of Natchez; two brothers, Alfred L. Green of Stampley and James Green of Chicago, Ill.; 20 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, eight aunts, one uncle, five sisters-in-law, five brothers-in-law and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
