Services for Stella Perry Felter, 83, of Crosby, who died Sunday, Jan. 21, 2007, at Franklin County Memorial Hospital in Meadville, will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Brown Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Howard Harr officiating.

Burial will follow at Enlow Cemetery, north of Woodville, under the direction of Brown Funeral Home, Gloster.
Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Felter was born Sept. 15, 1923, in Rosetta, the daughter of Dallas and Rita Ashley Perry. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Union Baptist Church, Crosby.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Felter; sons, Ernest Felter and Thomas Felter; brothers, Edward Perry and Major Jones Perry; and sister, Louisa Ashley.

Survivors include her sons, Richard Felter of Crosby, Donald Felter and wife, Robin, of Philadelphia, Kenneth Felter, of Crosby, and Jonathan Felter and wife, Erika, of Natchez; daughters, Betty Murray and husband, Gordon, of McCall Creek, Cathy Murray and husband, Rodney, of Crosby, Wanda Watts and husband, Thomas, of Meadville; 11 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren; and sister, Bessie Brown of Woodville.

Pallbearers will be Bo Felter, Wayne Felter, Spanky Felter, David Felter, Roger “Shorty” Simmons Jr., and Rodney “Tater” Murray Jr.
