Accused Beaumont Street shooter arrested in Baton Rouge

NATCHEZ — The Natchez man accused of fatally shooting another man in front of a Beaumont Street house last week was arrested shortly after 9 p.m. in Baton Rouge.
Natchez Police Chief Danny White said McKinley Douglas Brady, 34, was arrested by the Baton Rouge Police Department BRAVE Unit after police tracked a cell phone he was using in Baton Rouge.
Brady, also known as “Doom,” is accused of shooting Kendrick Tolbert, 28, in front of the house at 62 Beaumont St. after a reported argument over a cigarette.
