Services for Samuel Walter Huff, 45, of Gulfport, who died Wednesday, March 14, 2007, at the V. A. Hospital in Biloxi, will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Brookhaven Funeral Home Chapel, Natchez Drive location.
Burial will follow at Nettles Cemetery in Eddiceton, under the direction of Brookhaven Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 5 to 10 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Mr. Huff was born July 27, 1961, the son of Samuel Earl Huff and Judy Nettles Huff. He was employed as a maintenance-mechanic technician and worked at the United States Post Office in Gulfport. He was a member of Saucier Church of Christ. He also served in the United States Air Force. He was a member of the Gulfcoast Billiards Association, the American Pool Players Association and the Tri-City Pool Players Association.
He was preceded in death by his father, Samuel Earl Huff; two aunts; three uncles; his grandparents, Hoyt and Ola Huff and Julius and Gladys Nettles.
Survivors include his wife, Andea D’Angelo Huff of Gulfport; daughters, Cristina Scott and husband, Keith, of Smithdale; his mother, Judy Nettles Huff of Eddiceton; brother, Gary Earl Huff and wife, Susan, of Tallahassee, Fla.; sister, Wanda Huff Knight and husband, Randall, of Meadville; three nieces; five nephews; four great-nephews; numerous aunts and uncles.
