FERRIDAY — Funeral services for Margaret Ann Humphrey, 64, of Ferriday, who died Tuesday, Dec. 10, 2013, at Riverland Medical Center in Ferriday, will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at New Morning Star Baptist Church in Ferriday, with the Rev. Justin Conner officiating.

Burial will follow in Consurella Cemetery in Waterproof under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Humphrey was born May 30, 1949, in Ferriday, the daughter of Sam and Melissa King Minor.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include two sons, Marc Humphrey, of Gulfport, and James Humphrey and wife, Dericka, of Charleston, SC., three daughters, Gwendolyn Atkins and husband, Albert, Archet Humphrey, all of Ferriday, and Carlena Humphrey, of Gulfport; and a number of grandchildren and cousins.
