Week of Dec. 6-12:

Arthur Thomas charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance. Case bound over to a grand jury.

Kanesha Byrd pleaded guilty to trespass less than larceny.

Derrick Mearday charged with burglary of an occupied dwelling. Case bound over to a grand jury.

Jaminah Bailey charged with burglary of an occupied dwelling. Case bound over to a grand jury.

Michael Goodwin charged with sale of a controlled substance. Case bound over to a grand jury.

Michael Burr charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance. Case bound over to a grand jury. Burr was also charged with sale of a controlled substance. Case bound over to a grand jury.

Kenneth Ealey charged with two counts of sale of a controlled substance. Case bound over to a grand jury.

Keveonta Short charged with sale of a controlled substance. Case bound over to a grand jury.

Joseph Taylor charged with sale of a controlled substance. Case bound over to a grand jury.

Brandi Ware pleaded guilty to trespass less than larceny.

Brandon Marshall charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance. Case bound over to a grand jury.

Tuesday, Dec. 10:

Latravis Clay, who was sentenced to 10 years in the Mississippi Department of Corrections and placed on five years probation after serving five years at the East Mississippi Correctional Facility on Dec. 11, 2011, has his probation revoked in Judge Lillie Blackmon Sanders’ court for violating terms and conditions of his probation: rule No. 2, remain within the State of Mississippi unless permission is obtained; rule No. 3 regularly report in person to his probation officer as directed to him by the Court; rule No. 10 not violate any laws of the United States; condition No. 17 do not be away from his residence between the hours of 12 a.m. and 6 a.m. Must serve the remaining balance of his sentence in MDOC.
